METHODOLOGY

SML is an architectural and engineering firm located in Madrid. It was founded in 2010 and unites multidisciplinary professionals with more than 15 years of national and international experience in the real estate sector

We work with private as well as public building developers and provide services that include design, management, development and construction of projects as well as technical consulting for hedge funds and family offices for real estate projects.

Our experience in the various disciplines of the real estate sector allows us to apply the knowledge acquired in each one of them, understand the client and the project’s needs, as well as work together with each of the agents involved.

Our conviction is that quality, innovation and rigor are the foundation of excellence in our work and that the combination of all of them applied to architecture and engineering impact directly the life of people and cities.

We design in BIM environment and develop projects under Passivehaus and BREEAM standars.

ASSOCIATES

Javier Lampreave and Natalia Meana Domecq founded SML in 2010 and have since participated in a great variety of real estate projects of different typologies.

The combination of their education, Javier is licensed by the ETSAM with a Master´s degree in The Quality of Construction and Project Management, Passivhaus Designer, BREEAM Designer; and Natalia has a BARCH from Cornell University’s college of Architecture, Art and Planning, has allowed them to develop the tools so that clients, both national and international, find in SML the global vision, the understanding, the quality and technical support necessary to undertake their projects both in and outside of Spain.

SML is made up of an excellent internal technical team, which is completed with external regular collaborators who give response to all the necessary disciplines.
