We do not believe in or practice technical consultancy merely as a mandatory check within an investment; instead, we engage actively with investors from initial to final decisions.
Following this philosophy, we have developed numerous preliminary designs for plots and buildings, analyzing urban planning regulations, architectural and installation integration, costs, and risks. These efforts have helped investors approach their projects with greater confidence. Similarly, in recent years, we have conducted Technical Due Diligence for major real estate transactions, serving both buyers and sellers. We have successfully led multidisciplinary teams in construction projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality through Project Management tasks.
Preliminary Architectural Design

Due Diligence
In recent years, we have worked on many of the largest real estate transactions, conducting Technical Due Diligence for both buyers and sellers.
We analyze portfolios or unique assets of various uses: commercial, office, hospitality, residential, etc., and provide the value of analysis from the perspective of expertise in drafting, managing, and directing projects, allowing for a realistic view of the present and future of each asset.
We neither practice nor believe in a technical consulting approach that is merely a mandatory check within the investment process; rather, we offer active consulting from the initial decisions to the final stages alongside the investor.






Project Management in Architecture
We have successfully led multidisciplinary teams in construction projects, ensuring the achievement of deadlines, cost, and quality objectives through our Project Management efforts. Our experience as project designers and construction managers allows us to manage the various participants in the process, providing solutions that add value and do not create additional obstacles within the real estate project structure.
